G-Drive Racing is one of the most successful teams in World Endurance Championship’s (FIA WEC) history. Starting in 2013, for three full seasons G-Drive Racing team pilots have earned 15 pole positions and won 12 races out of 24 (50%) witch appears to be a record within WEC. In 2016 the team will participate in two endurace racing series. One car in FIA World Endurance Championship and one in European Le Mans Series respectively. At “6 hours of Spa-Francorchamps” and “24 hours Le Mans” both cars will race side by side.
«G-Drive Racing is a one of a kind project that successfully serves both sports and business objectives. It brought a Russian pilot to WEC champion’s podium in 2015, and it also allows us to test our premium petrol in real race conditions.
This season we have set ourselves an ambitious goal to win in both legendary Le Mans series. To achieve this, we have two different prototypes from two manufacturers – ORECA for Roman Rusinov’s crew, and Gibson for the second G-Drive Racing crew.»
